COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS
You got this girl! And we are here for you. Things will be a little different when you arrive, but we will still provide you with the best bridal experience you deserve. Before we get you into your dream dress, we have put the following restrictions in place to protect our staff, you, and your guests.
We will be operating by appointment ONLY. We will NOT be accepting walk-ins.
Because we love keeping up with all the latest fashion trends, we will be wearing a mask during your bridal appointment. Brides and guests will be required to bring their own mask for each appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for all guest upon arrival.
Brides are allowed THREE guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Facetime or Zoom with friends/family is available.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children in our space at this time.
Appointments will be scheduled for 1 hour instead of 1.5 hours. This allows us time to thoroughly clean between each appointment. It also allows you and your guests to leave our boutique safely without being greeted by the next appointment.
Please refrain from touching the gowns and accessories. We want you to feel relaxed during appointment, so please let us pull your gowns for you. Before arriving to your appointment, if there are any gowns you already know are your top faves, please let us know and we will have them ready for you.
Veils and hair pieces will be available to try on but jewellery such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, will be not permitted to try on.
Refreshments will NOT be permitted: Refreshments will not be served during the appointment and we kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought into the boutique.
We will be accepting payments via Debit, Visa, MasterCard or E-transfers. We are unable to accept CASH payments at this time.
Most importantly, if you have been travelling, are sick, or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please reschedule. We will be screening all of our guests before they arrive with a short questionnaire.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this “new normal”. Keeping you and our staff safe while doing our part to flatten the curve is our priority.
Intimate consultations with our expert stylists are tailor-made for each bride and we welcome the opportunity to get to know you and your personal style during the process. Guests are welcome to come to your appointment and we also provide video conferencing for your guests who can't make it to the appointment. [Please read our Covid-19 Rules and Regulations]
