FOR PURCHASING BOUTIQUE GOWNS
Tilted Veil Bridal Boutique requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the gown price to secure your order. Payment is due on the remaining balance upon dress arrival (final sale). We only accept credit card or cash for final payment. By paying the deposit, you accept these terms and conditions. Gown orders will only commence production after initial deposit is received.
Since our merchandise is made to order, there are no exchanges, refunds or transfers of deposits. When your 50% non-refundable deposit is received, we will place orders for materials to begin the production process. We are obliged by our suppliers and contractors to honour those orders. For this reason, all sales are final.
There are no exchanges or refunds on any jewellery, veils, sashes and any other merchandise in store. All sales are final.
We prefer gown orders placed no later than four to six months before the wedding date. Please note that if you place your order less than four months from your wedding date, you may incur a rush surcharge (depending on supplier) and you risk the possibility of specific materials being out of stock.
Consultations and Fittings
The first consultation is 90 minutes. An optional one-hour session is available for you to revisit your favourites, make your final decision, and begin the ordering process, for you to make your final decision and start the ordering process. Dress arrival/pickup is 30 minutes to try on the gown.
Our boutique is open to the public during business hours. There may be others browsing in the shop during a consultation. If you require a private appointment, please request, and we will schedule a private session.
Each of our designers has a separate size chart. Size is determined by the largest measurement; therefore, alterations are typically required. We will take your measurements at the time of order. We are not responsible for any change in size that may occur after we have measured you. We cannot be responsible should your body measurements fluctuate after the initial measurements taken. We are also not liable if you requested a different size that is recommended. While every effort will be made to adjust the garment, no guarantees are made for perfect fit. Titled Veil Bridal Boutique does not assume responsibility for a third party seamstress or cleaners. We will not be responsible if our suppliers do not deliver fabric/materials on time. Every effort will be made to supply a suitable replacement in this unlikely event.
Made-to-order gowns and dresses may vary slightly from the original sample in colour and/or shading due to variations in dye lots, and availability of material.
A garment left on our premises in storage after completion of sale is done at the customer's own risk.
Garments must be collected within a maximum of six months from date of order unless otherwise arranged. Uncollected gowns will be returned to stock and resold. Deposits are forfeited if orders are not collected. We do not take any responsibility for a garment once it has left our possession.
